On instruction you will have enlisted House Price Negotiators to help guide and advise you throughout the house buying process. 

Our service starts before you go to view a property you like. When you are viewing a home, the estate agent may use this time to glean as much information from you in relation to your circumstances. They may feed this information back to their client, the vendor. By speaking to us before viewing the property, we can advise you on what to say and what not to say. Remember the estate agent works for the seller (the vendor). 

Once you have identified and viewed the house you wish to buy, you will need to ring us to discuss the best way to proceed. At this stage we will require certain information from you, name of the estate agent, the full address of property you wish to buy amongst a few other points. Once you have given us this information, this will be the last time you need to liaise with the estate agent yourself. 

At this point we will contact the estate agent to initiate negotiations on your (the buyer’s) behalf. We will update you at every stage of the negotiation process and once the purchase price has been agreed, we ensure that the estate agent receives all the relevant information they require.¬†

At this stage the estate agent will produce a “memorandum of sale” which enables us to chase all parties involved in the process. This also allows us to update you (the buyer) with ongoing updates on the progress of your purchase, right up to completion.¬†

Finally, you will be moving in to your new house.
